I had a horrible experience with Audi's replacement key protocol. Paid $552 to replace a key fob and it didn't come with a metal cap with the Audi logo on it. For that price I expect the key to have the protocol. Paid $552 to replace a key fob and it didn't come with a metal cap with the Audi logo on it. For that price I expect the key to have the cap without the key blade. It's completely exposed and has a tiny plastic loop that barely fits a keychain. I understand the key blade is extra and is attached to the cap, but it's ridiculous that Audi doesn't produce empty caps. Audi has decided not to include 20% of the keys body when just buying the fob. This is a poor design decision in my opinion, and makes me reconsider my loyalty to the company. More

My E-Tron died.... Called and spoke with Ryan and we arranged a tow and he kept me up dated daily until the problem was resolved. He even offered to deliver it back to me. When i picked up the car, it arranged a tow and he kept me up dated daily until the problem was resolved. He even offered to deliver it back to me.
