Exceeding Expectations - Delivering CE Customer Experience (CE) began with the 1st touch with my phone call to schedule the recall service appointment with Yamani. She did a terrific job detailing what would occur from my arrival through service completion: she offered several appointment schedule options, expected length of service time, name of service advisor, etc. Both check-in techs were welcoming, courteous, efficient, and immediately summoned my service advisor. The best 2-words to describe these 2-techs are ‘crisp’ and ‘sharp’: appropriately dressed, well spoken, direct eye contact, and committed to moving the process forward in a purposeful manner. My service advisor Frank Carmago is a gem - a ‘diamond in the rough’ representing your company. He has an intuitive feel for immediately grasping the customer dynamic and tailoring-delivering the CE to address that dynamic. He very efficiently addressed my time constraint - getting on the road to the Dodgers game in-time, and also emailed the service docs to save additional time. He basically exceeded my expectations to the point of “why would i ever think of going anywhere else??” Don’t lose this guy - and provide him with a more expansive role where he can be even more effective: CE Manager.
