Audi Q7 Prestige models The service department at this dealership is not that great. I had two service requests for my 2017 Q7 Prestige model at Audi of Newport and one was o The service department at this dealership is not that great. I had two service requests for my 2017 Q7 Prestige model at Audi of Newport and one was oil consumption test and the other was torn leather sit on passenger side. Audi of Newport Beach denied both requests claiming that it will fall out of the scope of warranty. Audi South Coast contacted Audi of America and advise the Audi Customer service of issues and both services were granted. The only reason that Jose does not get one STAR rating is that I had three or four other services on my problem Q7 and Audi A3 etron that he worked on such as oil change and service routine. The point of dealership is to provide service and customer service for the brand owner; any shops can perform oil change and service check. Jose is not willing to go outside of box to solve problem or the management at Audi of Fletcher Jones is tone deaf to their customer base. More
