I own a 2022 Q5 (my other car that my wife drives is a 2020 Q7). I bought my Q5 2.5 months ago (In a different dealership) and recently I started seeing occasional check engine and drive system lights whe 2020 Q7). I bought my Q5 2.5 months ago (In a different dealership) and recently I started seeing occasional check engine and drive system lights where the display shows that I can't go over 4000 RPMs. So I called Audi Fletcher Jones and asked to check it as well as respond to the Recall which I might be impacted by. I scheduled an appointment to which a loaner will be available (I need a car to move around) and 2 hours before my appointment I received a text message saying there was no loaner available. I wasn't surprised since this is the 4th time that it is happening to me with Fletcher Jones Audi (I had the same last-minute cancelations 3 times with the Q7). I rescheduled to January 2023, hoping that the car will be ok by then, but this morning I experienced the same issues of losing power and all sorts of warning lights (with only 2k miles) so I called your dealership and asked to expedite the visit or perhaps provide me a rental (which is very common in case there are no loaners available) as the car isn't functioning well and this will be Audi's responsibility for not taking care of it on time. The service person (I wasn’t able to catch his name) wasn’t helpful and refused to hear me out or offer any kind of assistance. While I was speaking, he said impatiently "have a good day" and just slammed the phone down intentionally in my face knowing that I was still talking. I was nothing but shocked by this rude and condescending behavior. Simply speechless and disappointed. Trying to call back and speak to a manager wasn't successful... someone took my number and said that he'll let the manager call me back... but it never happened. I also sent an email to the general manager but no reply since then... As a loyal Audi customer, I'm deeply disappointed and moreover feel humiliated by this unprofessional behavior. Needless to say, I called a different Audi dealership, and even though they did not have loaners available, they promised to get me on a rental... More

This dealership does numerous follow-ups to bring you to their property. However, they also like to play games the moment you finally arrive (such as the vehicle you’re interested in is suddenly no longe their property. Long story short, I inquired about a used SQ5 this morning. The sales guy I interacted with (Phil) got me to schedule a visit after I’m done with work, and he followed up twice (through text and phone call). Luckily my work was close by (about a 5 min drive). The moment I arrived, another sales guy was sitting at the receptionist desk and asked for my phone number (to verify my info). He told me to sit on the side and after 5 minutes said the vehicle is no longer for sale. To me, this seems unprofessional because the sales guy never identified himself, and I’m unsure if he actually went to talk to someone regarding this vehicle. But he said it’s no longer available, and if I’m interested in another car. I’m just lucky my work was close by; I’d be really upset if I had to make a drive for this dealership to waste a potential customer’s time. I’ve purchased nearly 40 cars from various dealerships, and the vibe I’ve received from this dealer group is that they like wasting other people’s time. As I was leaving, I see the car (sitting on the lot as if it’s never been moved (there were 2 other vehicles in front of it). Earlier this year I purchased a used car from Audi South Coast, and their customer service/experience has been top notch! In fact, it was that experience that I wanted to try Audi. I guess I’ll just go there for my next Audi purchase (as they go above and beyond). More
