Due to Memorial Day dealership & brand sales incentives in addition to her representing my wants to her leadership she was able to locate the only car that fit my requests in the price range I wanted and had it delivered to Fletcher Jones NB washed, and gassed up in less than a week. The day of buying experience took no more then 30 minutes due to the fact that she handled all time consuming paperwork prior to me arriving showing respect for my time and hers. Audi Care Had to bring my Allroad in for the 45K service, 5 months after I did the 35K service due to the stupid terms with AudiCare service plans. I was not told that the plan had to be used 66 months after the vehicle went in service, not the purchase date of the plan (plan was bought a year after buying the care due to the free 1st service(. Thus I had 2 major services done within a 5 month timeframe and only 1400 miles. This is a waste of my money and time and your time.......you need to fix this. More
