I waited in the waiting area in the new car showroom. Received an email and text from my service provider, Frank, notifying me of other things that needed attention and asking me if I wanted them done this visit. A little confusing and I would have preferred that someone walk across the driveway and talk to me personally. That is why I rated the service Good but not Exceptional More

Q8 Purchase 6/2019 On a Friday, I walked into Fletcher Audi and was promptly greeted by Breanna Martin. Over the course of a 3 day process, Breanna was very accommadati On a Friday, I walked into Fletcher Audi and was promptly greeted by Breanna Martin. Over the course of a 3 day process, Breanna was very accommadating, gracious, knowledgeable and professional. As I struggled through the buy not buy, is there another car available with other features, multiple test drives, and comparing different brands, Breanna hung in there. When needed, she also brought in other staff to assist in the sale. The only challenge Audi Fletcher has is making the buying process an hour exercise rather than a 3 hour sit and wait wait wait. Even though all the staff were friendly and professional, the process was long in the tooth. But to be fair, this happens at all dealerships. When walking into Fletcher Audi, I strongly recommend asking for Breanna to purchase your next ride. But if Breanna is not available. I am confident that anyone that greets you will be as competent. Part of it was the technology of being able to research vehicles in inventory on line to facilitate selection before arriving at FJ. Once there, everyone who served me were very professional and the price haggling was quickly completed. It was a fair deal for both FJ and myself. I would recommend FJ to anyone and if fact I already have to a friend who is interested in an SQ5. More
