Airbag Recall I was connected to this service center by Audi Customer Service after calling about my airbag recall. I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday aftern I was connected to this service center by Audi Customer Service after calling about my airbag recall. I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. I waited for my vehicle and was told it would take 2 to 3 hours. I walked the wetlands trail nearby, and the car was done when I came back to the center. And they washed it! Paul kept me informed of progress on my car, and emailed the inspection report. More

Bad Experience with FLETCHER JONES AUDI While searching for a SUV online I found a used 2018 Audi SQ5 Premium Plus for $46,983, Black Red interior with 3550 miles at FLETCHER JONES AUDI. I r While searching for a SUV online I found a used 2018 Audi SQ5 Premium Plus for $46,983, Black Red interior with 3550 miles at FLETCHER JONES AUDI. I replied online and on Tuesday morning I received a call from Erika Milton. I requested that they bring the car to my home because I wanted to see if it fit into garage with the roof rails on it and also to appraise my AUDI S4. She responded later that the Manager was unavailable at that time. Erika stated that she would call me the next day. This was Tuesday, and I had appointments Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Erika called me Wednesday and said they could not come to my home. She should have stopped there! She continued to talk and justify why FLETCHER JONES AUDI did not operate this way and most people come into the store and buy a car and leave. Erika’s tone was defensive and argumentative and I ended the phone conversation. I called FLETCHER JONES AUDI directly and asked for the name of the General Manager. I was told he was Brandon Hill. I asked to speak with him and I waited a while on hold and was eventually told that he was unavailable. I requested a call back. I never received a call back from Brandon Hill. That afternoon I received credit application from Michelle Racine from FLETCHER JONES AUDI, I filled it out completely and also forwarded a Pre-Approval letter from Southland Credit Union. Because I wanted to purchase this car, I got the price from Southland Credit Union for a 7-year, 100,000-mile warranty. I called Michelle Racine who was helpful. I told her that I wanted to purchase the car and was willing to make a deposit. I also mention 2 more things to Racine; 1. I think that Erika Milton handed our last call unprofessionally. Racine said they would review the phone conversation. 2. Racine said she would have Brandon Hill; General Manager call me. For the second time I did not receive a call from Brandon Hill. On Thursday I noticed that the 2018 Audi SQ5 was removed from the online website. A short time later I received from Erika Jones informing me that the car I was interested in had been sold. Would I be interested in anything else from FLETCHER JONES AUDI. I said no and ended the phone call. During my entire interaction with FLETCHER JONES AUDI I received no calls from any Manager or Qualified Salesperson. My two messages to Brandon Hill did not result in a phone call. I found the interaction with FLETCHER JONES AUDI to be substandard and unprofessional. I do not like the way I way treated and THIS IS THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. I have owned four AUDI’S and love the brand. My friends have bought six AUDI’s as a result of my loyalty to the brand. Larry Baker More
