Best of all, I was negotiating on 3 similar vehicles at other dealers, and they beat all of them on the price by a significant margin. Good salesman/woman that wanted to get deals closed. Buying a new car is not usually the best experience, lots of options, lots of haggling and very time consuming. From the time you enter Fletcher Jones Costa Mesa you are in awe of the overall beauty of the of options, lots of haggling and very time consuming. From the time you enter Fletcher Jones Costa Mesa you are in awe of the overall beauty of the building and showroom, then pair it with some truly professional Salespersons (Colin and Sebastien) that understood our budget and what we wanted, AND an organized finance department, we were in and out in a timely fashion with the car and price we had in mind. This is my 6th Audi dating back to 2000. My first time to Fletcher Jones was exceptionally easy. From the Service Department, Transitional Specialist (Scott) to Finance; everyone was knowledgeable and profes Fletcher Jones was exceptionally easy. From the Service Department, Transitional Specialist (Scott) to Finance; everyone was knowledgeable and professional. I returned my 2018 RS5 and was in a new 2021 RS5 in just a few hours. The new facility (Costa Mesa) is second to none and had plenty of Loaner Vehicles on hand. Ryan is the go to in Service. More
Leased an A6 and Q3 on 2/28/21. Customer service during purchase was great, however, now that we need some assistance the customer service has been non-existent. We have two issues: 1) Becoming a key user purchase was great, however, now that we need some assistance the customer service has been non-existent. We have two issues: 1) Becoming a key user on the Q3 2) Setting up Audi Financial Services account. We spoke with our sales rep regarding the key user issue and someone from the dealership was supposed to get back to us. We never heard back from anyone. As far as Audi Financial Services is concerned, we called and after waiting close to 30 minutes on hold and finally speaking with a rep we were informed they couldn't resolve the issue and they were referring our account to their tech department and would get back to us. Again, we have never heard back from them either. Today, I tried reaching out to the dealership again only to be informed that Audi Financial Services is a separate organization and they basically can't do anything to help us with that issue. They also told me that our sales person needs to help us with the key user issue. So, we're back to square one with no customer support from anyone at Audi Fletcher Jones or Audi Financial Services. This is the first time we've owned Audi's. However, the customer support since driving off the lot has been terrible. It's extremely disappointing because during purchase process we were assured that if we needed any help with getting the cars set up, etc...we could just call in and get help but that sadly hasn't been the case. If you're considering an Audi purchase I would research reviews regarding their customer support and definitely compare to other manufacturers before making a final decision. I expected more from the Audi brand, however, after reading reviews it seems they have issues with their customer support especially at Audi Financial Services. More
