Dexter's knowledge of the obscure vehicles but more importantly the Allroad we were interested in created an instant connection and gave us the confidence that we were making the right purchase. I was shopping German sports sedans and stopped by AFJ to look at the Audi A6. I ended up buying a different brand, but after visiting half a dozen BMW, MB and Audi dealerships I couldn’t not notice how exce look at the Audi A6. I ended up buying a different brand, but after visiting half a dozen BMW, MB and Audi dealerships I couldn’t not notice how excellent the sales experience at AFJ was compared to the other dealerships I visited. My salesman, Kyle Feldhaus, was informative, pleasant and while he was constantly selling me on the car, he was never pushy or unpleasant. This car purchase was the first time I have purchased a luxury brand and AFJ was the only dealership I shopped where I felt l was getting a luxury experience. Every other BMW and MB dealership I visited, it felt just like I was buying another Honda. But that is to Kyle, the experience at AFJ really stood out. I didn’t buy a car from him because I decided to get a BMW, but if I was going to buy an Audi, it would have been from him. More

Completely disappointed with my service experience today. I made an appointment with this dealership two weeks ago, explaining my situation. I rearranged my schedule and arrived on time to be greeted by a I made an appointment with this dealership two weeks ago, explaining my situation. I rearranged my schedule and arrived on time to be greeted by a young man who asked me to wait for a service advisor. The service advisor came out looking at her tablet and asked what I needed. After explaining the situation, she told me that I would need to take the car back to the original Audi dealer as she could not tell me if my warranty would cover the service needed. After explaining that I spoke with someone in the service department who told me to bring the car in, the advisors stated that I likely spoke to their call center and that the representative wouldn't know how to handle my situation. Real nice way to waste my time. The advisors acted as if she could care less about my issue and I am certain that this stems in part, to my purchasing this Audi at another dealership. Without offering any alternatives or solutions, she walked back inside and left me to leave the department. I am a big advocate of customer service training and feel as if he service department definitely needs a lesson in how to treat customers. I currently own three Audi's and will not use this dealership to purchase nor service in the future. This is not the Audi way, in my opinion. Do better, Fletcher Jones. More
