We had a great experience with Audi Fletcher Jones. We searched everywhere within a hundred mile radius for a certain vehicle and found it online at Fletcher Jones. I called the dealer and told them we would be driving up and requested them to start the paperwork. When we arrived after driving an hour and a half, the sales manager greeted us warmly and told us our vehicle and paperwork were all in order. The dealership is beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful. Our salesman was very upfront on all the costs and gave us a great price for our trade in. We drove out of there in our new vehicle with no questions or concerns about the process. It took us less than three hours from the test drive to the purchase and the vehicle orientation to finalize the deal. I will definitely be buying our next Audi from Fletcher Jones. More
