Talk about a 5-Star experience! We had it with Kennedy Emesibe! My wife and I came to the dealership to get her a lease on an Audi Q5. We met with Kennedy and he was most knowledgeable and congenial. Ken Emesibe! My wife and I came to the dealership to get her a lease on an Audi Q5. We met with Kennedy and he was most knowledgeable and congenial. Kennedy took us for a brief test drive so my wife could see if the Audi was going to be comfortable enough for her as she has had extensive back surgery. She had been driving a leased MBZ GLC300. When we returned to the dealership after the test drive she said that the Q5 seats were much more comfortable than the GLC seats. Kennedy showed us more features of the car and then we chatted for a while before he turned us over to the financial folks. Kennedy indicated that we could come back with more questions and he would be contacting us with more information. True to his word, a few days after our visit we received an delightful note from Kennedy and asked us to contact him to arrange a follow-up visit to answer any questions we may have about the car. Kennedy is a real asset to the dealership and for prospective customers as well. He is very congenial and goes out of his way to make the customer feel at home and assured he getting a good deal. He is knowledgeable and shows a genuine interest in getting to know the customer and the capabilities he/she wants in the Audi line. It was truly a 5-Star experience dealing with Kennedy and we will recommend him to our friends and neighbors who might be in the market for a new Audi! Any prospective customer would be well-served to have Kennedy as their sales consultant! Kennedy turned us over to Nia Marcos in the Finance Department to finalize the lease. Nia was extremely cordial, knowledgeable and efficient and we completed the financing and prepaid maintenance actions in the shortest amount of time that I have ever experienced over many dealerships and car transactions. She was a joy to work with and answered any of the questions we had going through the process. This, too, was truly a 5-Star experience with a very qualified young lady who should be commended for her ability to work with the customer. She, too, is a real asset to the dealership. More
