I was given fantastic service when I was visiting from Mn My headlight went out when I was driving to Colorado. This headlight normally takes a mechanic and significant time and money to replace. I drove to Boulder from Denver to come to Audi knowing they always give great service at my Audi in St. Paul, Mn. I always have Audi service my A4 Quattro. I came on a Saturday and got there with little time before they were closing. I didn't realize this headlight was going to be such a big deal to replace. The service consultant Eli Buchanan was so kind and helpful right from the start. He knew I was not from the area and wasn't sure how to get this fixed soon so I could drive at night. I was only going to be in Colorado for a couple days. He decided to make it work and help me right then and there. He was able to somehow get his hand in the headlight area and replaced it for me. I was so thrilled that it was fixed right then but also that someone would put themselves out for me to resolve my problem. This man was awesome! He was so professional and willing to help and all with only minutes before they closed. I knew my own Audi in Mn was great but Eli and Boulder Audi were my heros. I hope Boulder Audi appreciates Eli Buchanan and gives this guy a bonus. They don't want to lose this employee. He was terrific and the experience memorable. I can't thank him enough. More

In the first place, we drove over from 5 hours away (Lake City, Colorado) to use Rob and the great mechanics at Audi Boulder because we've used them for years. But we showed up on the wrong day! Rob fit us in anyway and took care of our service needs. We can't say enough how much this meant to us because it saved us what would have been an additional 10 hour round-trip drive to Boulder and back.
