Outstanding Customer Experience Let me just start by saying Eli Buchanan at the Audi Boulder Service Center is an outstanding representative and made a vacation weekend stay on sched Let me just start by saying Eli Buchanan at the Audi Boulder Service Center is an outstanding representative and made a vacation weekend stay on schedule after a car emergency. I had a couple of friends visiting in town and we were set to go to Keystone this weekend for some New Years skiing. On the Wednesday night before the weekend excursion, my driver side door sensor would not read the the car door was shut. The car could no longer be locked by remote or manually. I took it in Thursday morning to see if Audi Boulder could do anything to help me and still make our vacation on time. They took the car in and gave me a nice 2017 Q5 to use in its absence. They assured me I could take it on vacation if my car wasn't done in time. I received a message later that day that my car would be ready tomorrow afternoon. I called explaining that I was trying to leave early in the morning could they have the car ready any sooner. I did not hear back again until Friday morning at 9 that my car was ready. I was amazed! I also had a service planned already for next week and they completed that as well! Originally they told me the car was going to be covered under CPO with an $85 deductible. However later found out, that this was for the previous owner and did not transfer to me. The cost of the repair was $600 with out the CPO coverage. Eli Buchanan waived the whole cost when I returned to pick up my car, so now I didn't even have to pay the $85 deductible. Truly amazing service and an amazing experience! I would recommend service with Eli Buchanan at Audi Boulder to anyone! More

Knowing that I was on a deadline because I had to leave to get home, he pulled some strings and helped not only with the repair late on a Saturday, but made time first thing on a Monday morning for a small problem that another dealer created (and were willing to fix, but were 50 miles from where I was staying).
