Jordan Runes in the service department was friendly and helpful and made my visit pleasant and stress free (you never know when you bring your higher mileage car in for service). Chelsey Taberna is wonderful to work with. I appreciate the text updates while my car is being serviced, and that I’m not billed for services that aren’t needed. I had requested a tire rotatio I appreciate the text updates while my car is being serviced, and that I’m not billed for services that aren’t needed. I had requested a tire rotation, but the technician determined that the rotation was unnecessary because there is no measurable wear on the tread of the tires. Chelsey sent me a video assessment of my car so that I could see clearly that the tires were in great shape. I also appreciated having access to a loaner car so that I could run errands while my car was being serviced. More
