Eli instills confidence in customers. No BS....just solid, friendly, professional, and prompt service - which also says a lot for the entire Service Department! Eli Buchanan Service Rating Eli Buchanan is a very professional, knowledgeable service rep with an outstanding customer service personality (I am in the service industry also and Eli Buchanan is a very professional, knowledgeable service rep with an outstanding customer service personality (I am in the service industry also and know when a rep is representing his company well). He's very thorough in his explanations of the diagnoses given to him by the mechanics. He is easy to communicate with, and very calm under pressure at the (hectic) beginning of the day (drop-off) or end of the day (pick-up). His attention to detail is excellent, in both explanations of work needed, charges for service, and gives reasonable alternatives and advice. More

Excellent Service Dept. I brought in a 2014 Audi I had recently purchased at another dealer for what I thought was a bad tail light assembly. They ordered and installed a new I brought in a 2014 Audi I had recently purchased at another dealer for what I thought was a bad tail light assembly. They ordered and installed a new assembly which also failed. They ultimately traced the problem to an aftermarket suspension lowering module that had been installed by the previous owner and incorrectly wired, thus causing the light failure. They removed the module and rewired the light and it works properly. After ordering the new light assembly, providing me with a loaner car, and accumulating several hours of shop time ...... they did not charge me one red cent! I was more than prepared to pay for something that clearly wasn't Audi's fault, and that would not be covered under warranty, but they took care of it. Again, I didn't even purchase the car from them. The service writer, Martin, was courteous and kept me informed throughout the process. The loaner car was a very nice A6, and even the coffee and munchies in the lounge were good. All in all an excellent experience. More

Reliable, competent and accommodating I was unable to start my car due to an almost empty battery. After several frustrating hours of working with the road assistance people and Audi call I was unable to start my car due to an almost empty battery. After several frustrating hours of working with the road assistance people and Audi call center to no avail, Eli turned up with the right equipment to jumpstart my car and was done in less than 5 minutes! After the car was taken into the shop for a 'health check,' Eli kept me updated as to the progress and also very kindly delivered the vehicle after I was unable to collect it. He is responsive and always available to provide support. Although I was somewhat frustrated with the service when I first contacted Audi (which I expressed in the survey they sent), Eli pretty much saved the day, which is why I felt compelled to write this review. Thank you Eli and I'm sorry if the overall survey results impacted you negatively. More
