I contacted Jim and he invited us to test-drive Q3 and Q5. So, we went with all 3 dogs! Jim was very pleasant to talk to and has an excellent knowledge about cars he recommends! There was no pressure to buy. Jim understood excictly what we are looking for in a car and helped us to choose the best vehicle that would comply with everything we needed.
