I was a little worried, because I was not dressed up like someone that could afford an Audi. Jim treated me professionally and like I was a repeat customer at Flatirons Audi. I described what I was looking for and Jim found a car that far surpassed my expectations. He found the color, model and certain options that I didn't even know about and didn't realize I wanted until I saw them in person. When we walked up to the car I immediately knew that it was the one. I brought my USAA/True Car coupon for a different configuration of the same model, but Jim honored the USAA coupon for the car I wanted. He quickly got the car and paperwork ready for me so I could get out of the dealer quickly and without any hassle. He showed me the features of the car and arranged for me to come back in a week to follow up after I had sometime to drive the car. I would recommend Jim to any of my friends or family, he was very nice and showed me a variety of cars that met my specifications and the one car that far surpassed my expectations. More
