Additionally, I am troubled by the way my prepaid services have been managed. Despite receiving a reminder mail indicating my last scheduled service in June, I was surprised to learn that all my prepaid services had been used up. This is concerning, especially considering that my vehicle has very low mileage. It appears that there has been a discrepancy between what the dealership claims and what Audi is aware of, which suggests a lack of communication or transparency in the service process.
