I worked with Ryan Bonino - all the way from a phone call on Saturday to purchase on Tuesday. He was super helpful and very responsive, and worked to fins something within my price range. I thought I was goi on Saturday to purchase on Tuesday. He was super helpful and very responsive, and worked to fins something within my price range. I thought I was going to go with a certified pre-owned, but he was able to find me a brand new, just arrived on the lot 2023. He held it for me until he got back in on Tuesday and made the process very seamless and enjoyable. I have been a MINI loyalist my entire adult life and had gotten used to their level of service, and it was important to find something in the same class. Audi met and even exceeded my expectations in that way, and in addition to loving my new car, I feel really great about my brand switch and decision! Will definitely refer friends and family and can see myself going back anytime I need anything car-wise. THANK YOU! More

Initially, it was a pretty good experience.
