Chelsey Taberna is wonderful to work with. I appreciate the text updates while my car is being serviced, and that I’m not billed for services that aren’t needed. I had requested a tire rotatio I appreciate the text updates while my car is being serviced, and that I’m not billed for services that aren’t needed. I had requested a tire rotation, but the technician determined that the rotation was unnecessary because there is no measurable wear on the tread of the tires. Chelsey sent me a video assessment of my car so that I could see clearly that the tires were in great shape. I also appreciated having access to a loaner car so that I could run errands while my car was being serviced. More

Communication between the sales team and myself before I even arrived was done very well. Expectations were set before I arrived, therefore it was a relatively straight forward process. Even with another buyer potentially purchasing my car, Ryan Bonino did a great job keeping me in the loop on what was going on and keeping me, my wife, and my daughter comfortable while we waited. Ryan is a real pro at this and was a stark contrast to previous dealers I've worked with in the past. Truly exemplary. Michelle in finance took very good care of us as well and didn't oversell items through our chat. Not sure if it was the deal or our 8month old daughter, whom she dubbed the sunflower, that made the deal go so well and quickly. Finally...the cookies were amazing and I wish we had the recipe! More
