Michael Tsuji was phenomenal to work with on my leasing of my new S3. I had ordered it as a special build and throughout the entire process he was sending regular updates and was very proactive and enthus of my new S3. Then when my car arrived at Audi Flatirons Michael made the trade and leasing process very easy, he was prepared, knowledgeable and personable and fun! It was quick, easy and kudos to Tina for making the finance process fun, enjoyable and quick-she was great! Chelsey Taberna is wonderful to work with. I appreciate the text updates while my car is being serviced, and that I’m not billed for services that aren’t needed. I had requested a tire rotatio I appreciate the text updates while my car is being serviced, and that I’m not billed for services that aren’t needed. I had requested a tire rotation, but the technician determined that the rotation was unnecessary because there is no measurable wear on the tread of the tires. Chelsey sent me a video assessment of my car so that I could see clearly that the tires were in great shape. I also appreciated having access to a loaner car so that I could run errands while my car was being serviced. More
