Reliable, competent and accommodating I was unable to start my car due to an almost empty battery. After several frustrating hours of working with the road assistance people and Audi call I was unable to start my car due to an almost empty battery. After several frustrating hours of working with the road assistance people and Audi call center to no avail, Eli turned up with the right equipment to jumpstart my car and was done in less than 5 minutes! After the car was taken into the shop for a 'health check,' Eli kept me updated as to the progress and also very kindly delivered the vehicle after I was unable to collect it. He is responsive and always available to provide support. Although I was somewhat frustrated with the service when I first contacted Audi (which I expressed in the survey they sent), Eli pretty much saved the day, which is why I felt compelled to write this review. Thank you Eli and I'm sorry if the overall survey results impacted you negatively. More

When I noticed the 2014 Jeep SRT was at an Audi Dealer Audi Boulder is the best car buying experience I have had and I can attribute that to Jim Page. When I noticed the 2014 Jeep SRT was at an Audi Dealer in Boulder, I had my reservations. I walked into the dealership feeling out of place but was quickly reassured after speaking with Jim that this dealership is different from the rest. Jim was very helpful and not overbearing. He was very knowledgeable and even proceeded to climb under the vehicle, in a suit, to verify if the vehicle had the tow package. In the end the sale was made and I’m a very happy customer. You can guarantee I’ll be back to Audi Boulder and I will personally be recommending Jim to my friends and colleagues. More
