From walking in the door to leaving with our new car, Jim and crew (finance and service departments) made it the best car sales experience we have ever had. Jim was patient and easy to work with, he found us a car that hit all of our must haves and did not try to sell us on things we told him we did not want, but was very informative. Financing was clear and straightforward. We usually dread that part of the process, but Brent was very clear and efficient and again did not try to sell us on anything we were not interested in purchasing. Also, we arrived at the dealership later in the day, but Jim, Brett and a few members of the service department stayed late to make sure we left with our new car. We highly recommend Jim and Boulder Audi for any future purchases. More

They just so happened to have one of the best FJ Cruisers we've have seen since we moved out here . We drove 1hr and 45 minutes to Colorado not knowing that Mr. Page was going to give us the best deal, we could ever ask for. It wasn't so much the amazing deal that we were so impressed with, it was Mr.page's selflessness dedication and outstanding service. Professional, Honest and all around outstanding experience! I was in the market for a second car, found the right one online at Audi Boulder. Made my inquiry around 6pm, with in minutes received an email foll I was in the market for a second car, found the right one online at Audi Boulder. Made my inquiry around 6pm, with in minutes received an email followed by a phone call. It was Robert Glandon, and I am glad it was him. He offered to send the car to me for a test drive, we spoke of the car, I explained to him my situation and time restraint... he made me feel at ease and had it all figured out. He left work for the day but continued his professional help late into the evening, by the time we ended our conversation around 9pm in my mind I had already purchased the car, but he was still working to earn my business. That same night he arranged a ride for me for the next morning, he had a driver pick me up from Parker and drove me to the Audi Boulder. When I arrived I quickly realized that I was in the right place, Robert welcomed me to his desk and we began the painless process. By this time I'm completely satisfied by evrything and then he says to me. I hope you don't mind if we run a few minutes late, because I went a head and put a new set of tire on the car for you. I was speechless! With in minutes he had me ready for the Finance department, Matt in the finance dept. made that experience very pleasant. I had personal arrangements latter that evening and was able to get in and out of Audi Boulder with in one hour. When I arrived home I realized a minor problem with the car, I called Robert and informed him. He told me he was going to stop by my house the next morning to see what I was concern about. The next morning he was at my driveway, he took the car for a drive with me and then assured me that he would take care of it all.... and he did with the most professional and friendly approach. I have bought many vehicles in the past and never did I experienced such an amazing experience. Audi Boulder earned a customer for life, and Its because if professionals like Robert Glandon. From the salesperson Deian Stoianov, the Ecommerce manager Bryan Feely and the finance manager Matt Logue...even the owner Jaymie checked in to make sure everything was going well throughout the process. While other places played games or just didn't give us a decent trade-in value, Audi was totally straightforward. Gave us the value we needed for the BMW and had the exact Q5 we wanted in stock. Can't say enough! I am probably now an Audi Boulder customer for life! More

From the first few minutes with Jim Page I knew I was dealing with an intelligent, kind, and professional gentleman who was going to make sure that I was happy with ALL decisions regarding a car purchase. He was absolutely NOT the horrible car salesman we all dread to deal with! He ask what I needed for a trade and cemented a great deal for my new car, in very short order. I was dazed and amazed!! I had to read things over a couple of times to make sure I was actually seeing things correctly- it was such a terrific deal. It was absolutely everything I told him I needed to make the purchase. Throughout the process he was continually catering to my needs and questions and regarding all matters. Unbelievably, he even took the time after his work day was done to drive my old car home (a town away and then some!) so I could get my road bikes and rack off the old one. He has gone out of his way to make sure all aspects of this purchase have been, and continue to be perfect!
