Best dealership experience ever. My first Audi and wasn't sure what to expect from the dealership. Barron put me in a new A5 When my 2011 Audi A5 lease was ending, Barron made sure that I understood my options for lease termination, including buy-outs and new vehicles. Not only was he diligent in following up with phone calls and emails on a new vehicle, he was also very responsive when it came to discussing trading in my previous vehicle. This is the second car that I have purchased from Suburban Audi and the fifth between my close family. Barron went above and beyond to accommodate my travel schedule, payment requirements and necessary options for my vehicle. When called by other dealers on my trade-in, there was no question that I was going to see Barron first. As I suspected, it was the only stop I needed to make! More
