I recently took my 2014 Audi S4 (I also get a 2013 A4 serviced here) in for an unusual repair and was treated with nothing but respect and understanding. He clearly has many years of experience with Audi and is thoroughly knowledgeable, precise and careful in all that he does. I just cannot imagine taking my vehicle elsewhere. They are the best! More

Couldn't get my issue fixed. They guarantee their service for a year, but tell you the issue is caused by something else when you go back and charge you again.
