She was relaxed and listened to my needs and wants. She helped me pick a vehicle and lease that fit my budget and fulfilled my criteria. She didn't pull the "I gotta go talk to manager" card. Instead she said, "I'm going to check with my manager to make sure we are taking advantage of all of the rebates you are entitled." She also said, "be right back. Let me see if there is a little more wiggle room with your trade in". She was completely transparent with the entire process and did not use the standard high pressure sales techniques. While I was waiting for service to be done I talked with Slava Kosurkin about my dream to lease a new 2016 Q5 that had the 3.0 and a towing package for my boat. Not only did Slava find a beautiful shiny gray and black Q5 to fit my needs, but she test drove my 2011 Q5 and came back to tell me that it was the cleanest and best maintained and running 2011 that they'd seen and they wanted to buy it from me and help me get into my dream Audi that day. It didn't take me long to say goodbye to my trusted ride of 5 years and to fall in love and make all the arrangements to drive home in just a few hours in my shiny new 2016 Q5.
