Quick response to this review, what was even faster was a PERSONAL text from Z to my personal phone, which showed even further UNPROFESSIONALISM. She literally texted me after writing this review.... "I'm very disappointed to see such a review accusing me of "lying" about the car condition. When all I did was arrange everything and confirm availability. I did not dodge any ownership of its condition. I simply stated that I'm not an expert with the little details in depth as was pointed out to me. Nor did I argue. I did not fall short treating you with respect either. I even offered to fix at least a couple things you requested. I hope you took your frustration out while I get suspended trying to support a disabled veteran father without work." There are many problems with this employee texting me after the fact on my personal phone and hers. FIRST of all, she has all of my personal information, which was sent to her in regards to the false vehicle, and now she is using that information to exploit her own wrongdoings and text me on a personal level. UNPROFESSIONAL. SECOND, she is admitting that she stated she wasn't an expert and didn't know anything about the $51,000 car that she was going to collect commission on. THIS CAR LOOKED ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS AND HAS BEEN POSTED FOR over 30 DAYS. It isn't new to the lot and I am 100% sure that it is still posted because this dealership lures people in with this misleading photos of the vehicle and others have walked away as well. I feel terrible for the poor person that doesnt know to look for these things, and gets ripped off by these slimey sales tactics. TAKE THIS CAR OFF YOUR SITES AND POST ACCURATE PICTURES OF IT AT A LOWER PRICE.

Thank you for your quick response to my review. Please note, in addition to what I have written above, I reach out to your dealership weekly or every other week looking for an update on my car that has been in your shop since November 7, 2022. Going forward, I would think your manager would want to be reaching out to me to see how I’m feeling about having my brand new car, purchased at your dealership, in your shop for over 3 months, with no ETA as to when I might expect to have the recall work completed and the car returned to me.
