If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. I was passed around to different people, then told I would receive a call back, and didn't for days. I really wanted to buy their 2021 Black Audi Q8. I finally got a hold of someone and she assured me that the car was in great condition, no scratches, very clean. I explained that I was driving from 2 hours away and I didn't want to waste my time if it wasnt in great condition. When we arrived, the car was a disaster. Not only were their huge scratches all over it, but the paint was peeling, there was overspray and orange peel paint all over it. The tailgate even had a spot with 5 drips running down. Then the left front fender was lifted up and flappy, without a clip even holding it. This car has been in multiple accidents, yet the dealership stood by the "CarFax" that said it had not. This is and AUDI Dealership, selling an AUDI in this condition, and then when we pointed it out, Zjust argued and said, "Well this IS an "as-is" car" and "I'm not an expert." This dealership should be embarassed by the way we were treated by Z and the others that simply do not take ownership in what they do. More
I needed a new car ASAP after being involved in an accident that totaled my 2021 Audi. I tried working with the dealership I bought that car from and also checked around with others, and they all gave me the run around, tried to charge outlandish prices, and overall made the buying experience more difficult than necessary. Eventually I worked with Z at Audi Farmington Hills. She was a breath of fresh air. She got me in the car I wanted at a fair price, answered every question I had in a straight forward and honest way, and even helped me with a few minor questions while she was out of town (which I wouldn't have blamed her for not helping but she was so kind and went above and beyond!). I cannot say enough great things about Z. She's the best person I've worked with over the years and I've bought easily a dozen cars or more from different dealerships. They even delivered my vehicle two hours away from their location on a Saturday afternoon. Jen in the finance department was great and made our transaction very simple from the start as well. Top to bottom it was a great transaction! If you need an Audi, go see Z. I promise you won't be disappointed in your experience! More

I recently took in my AUDI S8 for vehicle multiple module calibration ( I purchased a used TOTAL LOSS VEHICLE and wanted to bring it in for service) my service advisor was Jessika D. (she told me to email he calibration ( I purchased a used TOTAL LOSS VEHICLE and wanted to bring it in for service) my service advisor was Jessika D. (she told me to email her a list of components that i replaced ) I knew right away she knew what she was doing ( she didnt judge the car she wanted to make sure the tech knew what hes working with. Jessika was very helpful with the process and followed up with me step by step along the way. we then ran into a minor bump during the service repair (jessika was kind enough to have me speak directly to James (service technician) not only did he help me understand the issue but also should me. the type of repair needed to move forward. I'm lucky to have worked with such honest staff. I couldn't get all the modules completed due to a few faults of my own. but i can confidently say this is the best experienced I had from a service department. ( I specializes in total loss projects and met quite a few services advisors and technicians. But none compare to the knowledge and efficiency from these two! I would rate Patrick Hamama the highest rating possible. He was my salesman for my new car, purchased last May (2022). My car was recalled in November 2022 and has been in their service shop ever since, ove He was my salesman for my new car, purchased last May (2022). My car was recalled in November 2022 and has been in their service shop ever since, over 3 months now, “waiting for parts.” It wasn’t until I got Patrick involved that the service manager called me with an update. The service manager never responded to my voice mail from 3 weeks earlier. When I called Patrick, recently, to complain, the service manager responded to me within 10 minutes of that phone call. Patrick is amazing. I would purchase another car from him in a heartbeat. I’m just not sure I would take my car back to their service department, based on this recall experience. Time will tell. I do have a loaner, and that is positive. I just want my recalled car back, especially since I purchased it new and was only able to drive it for 6 months before it was recalled. I don’t know if this recall/parts issue is the fault of Audi not being prepared or the dealer not being prepared. Maybe you can tell me. Either way, my car has been sitting since November, waiting for parts to be shipped. More
Don’t let the “finance specialists” tell you that you have to get 4k worth of service contracts (not a warranty) stuffed into your deal or you won’t get financing it’s not only illegal it also states it have to get 4k worth of service contracts (not a warranty) stuffed into your deal or you won’t get financing it’s not only illegal it also states it right on the service contracts report it to the State of Michigan form (sos-197)that’s what I’m doing , and also expect 80 million text messages because you are on their time they are not on yours.Oh and they doctor the pictures to cover marks/scratches/dents go look at the car in person!
