Update to previous review. I contacted Audi USA. They talked to Jerron, the manager and he is the person that did not return any of my calls. Jerron denied everything and furthermore lied and said they explained everything to me. They did not. Audi USA basically called me a liar. I warn buyers that service for your Audi is nothing but a hassel. I am sorry I ever bought an Audi. It won't happen again.
