Normally when the oils is changed in our Touareg Tdi at Mattie imports the oil level is maintained at the max/full mark when we get it with a fresh oil change. This time It came back clean inside and out Mattie imports the oil level is maintained at the max/full mark when we get it with a fresh oil change. This time It came back clean inside and out which was nice, but I’d stomata it was about a quart low. It was 3 lines down from the max/full mark. Normally our oil level isn’t this low until we’ve put 5k or so miles on it AFTER an oil Change, at which time I add 1 quart of oil. The car does NOT have an oil leak for it to come back after an oil change 1 quart low from day 1 is a bit of irritant. More

Thank you for you very speedy response. I have been pleased with all of your services in the past. I am sure you will be able to take care of this. If there is indeed an issue I am sure you will resolve it and I’ll stop by Monday. There are no leaks or evidence of a oil leak. The Touareg does have almost 100k miles and ever since it got the emissions update it has used 1 quart in between oil changes and that is understandable but starting off a quart low (based on the digital oil measuring level in the cars computer radio/system). Again, thanks for your speedy response and I know Raynwill make This right.
