Good Morning Lisa Ray from Mattie Imports Service Dept. Looking at your issue with check engine light and oil consumption i understand your frustration with the 2014 A4, but as vehicle is outside any warranty guidelines with over 150k miles Audi of America declined and goodwill help and is no way doing a repair with out customers approval as vehicle is well outside warranty guidelines by over 100k miles and i did explain all issue with Stephen about vehicle having no compression due to timing issue and repairs process and what we would do during timing repairs to check oil consumption issue. and discount that i could do would been 10% off repairs. Good Morning Ray from Mattie Imports Service Dept. First i like to Thank You for take time out of your day to fill out Vw/Audi survey as your feed back is important to us. and as i explained that so when the was here we did do the transmission fluid change Drain and refill of transmission, we dont drop transmission pan to do the service so the transmission pan gasket wasnt replaced with that service do that service we remove drain plugs and drain out fluid and then refill using transmission fill tool to add fluid.
