As we've discussed at length, we are not responsible for your tires wearing unevenly when you've put 20,000+ miles on them in less than a year and have never had the tires rotated or realigned after significant impacts via curbs & potholes. Good Afternoon Aldo Ray from Mattie Imports Service Dept. First i like to Thank You for take time out of your day to fill out Vw survey as your feed back is important to us. i understand your frustation about the tire wearing issue, also i was trying to explain to you at the time of sales purchase there was 27512miles and all 4 tires was new 11/3nds, you returned a month later and had 32304 miles on vehicle and tires was at 9/32nds and there was no signs of any abnormal tire wearing, and on 4.18.2022 you have 50180 miles that a total of 22668 miles you have driven in a year and so the vehicle should of had 2 tire rotation during that time at 37512 and 47512, and then any abnormal tire wear could have been documented. the reading on the day you came in was LF 7/32 RF 2/32 RR 4/32 LR 8/32 and there is wear on the tires, do to vehicle 4wa being out of specs due to either potholes and or curbing and tires and 4w Alignment are no covered under warranty, and also 3 of the 4 rims have curb/pot hole damage LR RF RR that is what caused issue and again i tried to explain that, but your answer was that you never every hit any pot hole or curbs Sorry that we didnt meet your expectations if there is any other issue that may come up please feel free to contact me phone call 508.638.5555 or email ray.massey@mattieimports.com Thank You for you time Ray
