Hey Kyle, I apologize for any miscommunication towards the end of the month, things certainly got a bit hectic here at the dealership. I'm not looking to make excuses and can definitely admit I missed many of your emails towards the last week of the month. Per our conversations, I was working with upper management to try and reimburse you for as much of the inconvenience you tolerated as possible. Being there wasn't a hard outlined amount, it was just a matter of what estimated amount felt comfortable. I had a check cut back on April 26th to be mailed to you, which unfortunately sat on my desk as I was consumed with the volume we were facing at the store - simply human error, truly, and I apologize.
