I’m completely unsatisfied with the service here. I made an appointment, dropped my car off Wednesday June 9th. They did not bring it in to work on it until Friday. I went down on that Friday to find out what was going on. One of the issues I wanted them to check Ray the supervisors said was fixed(I had replaced my door panel and it still had a gap between the window). This was a half hour tops job they charged me 2 hours. Nothing else on my list had been looked at. On Monday morning I call to let them know Im going to pick up the Audi TT, when I get to the dealership the door looks exactly the same and now Ray is saying that it needs a part. (Which was my original reason for bringing it in). I had 7 things on the list- the only thing fixed was my air filter which I supplied. I However I was charged $850 for absolutely nothing. I asked them to adjust the linkage on my stickshift because first gear was sticking. When I picked it up I got stuck in a parking lot because it wasnt reversing now after the adjustment. I will never go back there, I am a return customer ( bought a TT in 2005) but I feel robbed and the customer service dept there is terrible. I called and asked for some money back since nothing was fixed, Joe said someone would get back to me( that was on June 17) I haven’t received a phone call or any money back. I would like a phone call or a partial refund. More
