Fantastic service! Brought my wife’s VW in for a recall. Got an appointment, quick and easy. Ray and Joe are always courteous and friendly. They know who we are, and what we need. Dropped off the car one evening early, because of household logistics with just one car, in a two-car household. Called the next day, to see if maybe Mattie Service could fit the car in, one-day early for the recall work. Joe gets on the phone and says: “It’s done. Drop by, and pick ‘er up whenever it’s convenient.” WOW! Stopped by that evening with my wife, Joe brought the car around - like valet parking! She got in and headed home. Joe and I talked, for a bit, about manual/stick-shift transmissions and classic cars, and how he was gonna teach his son to drive a stick-shift/manual. I said I heard a story on the radio. Guy on the radio was saying, if you wanna learn, from scratch, to drive a car with a manual - what used to be called a standard - transmission, the only/best way to learn, is to go put and buy a car with a manual transmission. Joe and I both thought that was a great idea. What a nice man! What absolutely superlative customer service! My wife’s not looking to replace her 2013 turbo-charged, New Beetle any time soon. She owned a VW Cabriolet for the longest time, and a 2000 New Beetle, after that. But, when we go shopping for her next VW, Mattie Imports is where we’re gonna go. Thanks, Mattie Imports! Mattie Imports is such a special dealership as everybody is so friendly, and helpful. With the VW coupon the service cost was half but the best part of going there is the helpful staff. Going beyond normal to ensure you have a positive experience. I was left waiting for more than a month for a car … after I had been told it was already at the port. I have a 2008 Audi a six. The key on my key fob broke. I came to get it replaced but could not afford the over $500 cost for a new key fob. I have a Valet key so I opted to get another one that would cost a came to get it replaced but could not afford the over $500 cost for a new key fob. I have a Valet key so I opted to get another one that would cost almost $300. My key fob worked before I brought it in. I could open and close doors open my trunk etc. the gentleman in service took my key fob my valet key and the additional valet key that I purchased so he could program it. When he finished he gave me the two valet keys programmed but said that the key fob no longer worked because they erase the codes. So I go into Maddie with an operating key fob but a broken key and the working valet key. When I left I had two valet keys and a key fob that no longer works. How do you plan to resolve this.
