We strive for 5 stars and when I see just shy of it, I always look to see where we can improve to make things better for our customers. As we expressed many times to you, with the current chip shortage going on in the world, delivery of the vehicles from the port are completely and utterly out of our control. When we were originally working the deal on the Q3 we expressed to you the vehicle won't be in until the end of July/beginning of August - unfortunately it was a week past that. We also priced a slightly more equipped Q3 when you were here, and ultimately you decided on the vehicle with a little less equipment - the other did have the homelink. Thank you for a response. I will be glad to contact Mr Massey to discuss this issue. The discussion I had with the service manager at the time said there was nothing that could be done. He suggested I go home and try to get some metal bonding glue and try to attach my key back to the key fob. Then maybe they could try to reprogram the key fob. I listened but was vert frustrated at this suggestion, a definite non starter. I left at that time to think about this. Decided to respond to the request for my evaluation of my service. And hope for some response. Again I appreciate the follow up and will contact Mr Massey.
