Thank you for your comment. I assure you clearly that was not what happened. It is very difficult to diagnose a problem when we can’t duplicate it while the car is with us or if we think we found the problem and of course you get the car back and it is not there. A phone call to us again would have helped us to continue to help you further solve this noise in your suspension. I don’t see where we had that opportunity. Call me. The issue was resolved once I had the right repair tech listen to the noise created and he replaced the steering support bars. Thanks for your help.
