The car buying experience at Mattie was different than any other I have been through. The atmosphere was friendly and informal. Took my vehicle here to get a look at some issues I was having. The technicians were very informative in letting me know everything that was wrong however, they only placed two of the screws on the cover o having. The technicians were very informative in letting me know everything that was wrong however, they only placed two of the screws on the cover of the bottom of the vehicle, so now I have a dangling bottom cover on my Audi. There needs to be more attention to detail in giving the vehicle back as it was received. This is unsatisfactory as it my ruin vehicle components that the cover was keeping dry. More
