Good Afternoon Eberhard Im sorry that you felt that i was being rude to you, as i understand that your vehicle had a issue and we was try to correct issue of oil consumption and with you extended warranty there is a process and we have to follow that repair process to fine the cause of failure and once we get vehicle Diag, next step is to call then start a claim and some times there is additional info that they want as in your case they wanted oil change invoices and we have never service vehicle here as you us a local shop, and we had to do compression test and borescope check of cylinder walls, and ECM and run test plan of PCV system, and unfortunately the warranty that you purchased elsewhere dont cover the repair or any diagnostics for the complaint/issue that your having. once they declined repair then fees are on the customer, this is normal practice at any dealership or repair shop for a non covered repair. Thank you for you time, and sorry for any misunderstanding with you and warranty company
