Went to three dealerships, and bought my 2011 A4 here because Mark was easy to deal with. Mark was very good and spent a lot of time with me after the sale showing me how the navigation works and the Blu because Mark was easy to deal with. I did not buy a car here. I did however stop there and looked at the CC before purchasing a new Audi from there Audi store. Every one at the dealership was very nice. They respected me as a woman and treated me very fairly. After I decided on the Audi the salesman that I worked with at the VW store sent me a nice little card congratulating me on my new Audi. I would recommend Nate to anyone looking for a new VW. He is great low pressure sales man. More
This dealership places no emphasis whatsoever on customer service. Dealer prep on my new GTI was awful. They threw the optional rubber floor mats right over the carpeted mats - right in the midst of the Le service. Dealer prep on my new GTI was awful. They threw the optional rubber floor mats right over the carpeted mats - right in the midst of the Lexus fiasco wherein doing so was suspected as the root cause of "unintended acceleration." The basically just threw me the keys while providing NO explanation of how the various features operate. I recently took my car in for its 10K service. They washed the car after performing service. The car was still filthy in many locations and they scratched the heck out of the rear bumper cover. (I suspect that sand was in the cloth/brush they used during the wash). The service rep denied responsibility for the damage and blamed me, claiming I did it before the service was performed. (LOL) I got the car home and checked the oil level; they skimped by filling it to the absolute minimum allowable level. The recommended tire pressure for my car is 38 PSIG all around; they set pressures at 34 all around. More
Sales associate was condescending. He and the sales manager used a high pressure approach. Despite being asked several times for a trade in price for my car, they would not give me one unless I either manager used a high pressure approach. Despite being asked several times for a trade in price for my car, they would not give me one unless I either told them I wanted to by the new car from them or I gave them a figure for their consideration. Overall a very poor experience. More

He would not even show us the car, nevermind let us drive it unless we said we were ready to move forward with buying it or buying one he has coming in. Also talked to us like we were morons. He has know idea what he is talking about, but talks like he is the CEO of Audi. In addition he was claiming Q5's are impossible to get and he cant even have one built. Mark claims that you must pay a premium over sticker for a Q5 even off the lot. (Ya right). Went to Inskip and was taken care of. More
this is by far the worse experience i had shopping for cars. Mark was rude from the get-go, exerted high pressure the entire time, talked to me like i'm an idiot. and the worse part is he scribbled on a cars. Mark was rude from the get-go, exerted high pressure the entire time, talked to me like i'm an idiot. and the worse part is he scribbled on a piece of paper and tell me to sign it and give him my credit card in order for me show that i'm serious about buying the car! i really didn't expect this kind of sneaziness and sale tactic from an official Audi dealer. their prices are too high also. i found a cheaper, newer, and higher-end model at Audi of brookline. i will NEVER visit this dealer again. go to audi of brookline for a truly pleasurable buying experience. I have purchased every car I've ever purchased from Mattie Imports since 1980. Every deal has been more than fair. I just purchased and A5 last month. Got a great deal and Brian went out of his way to Mattie Imports since 1980. Every deal has been more than fair. I just purchased and A5 last month. Got a great deal and Brian went out of his way to get me the car I wanted. My daughter bought an A5 this week and I can't tell you how far Brian went out of the way to find her the car. The entire Mattie Family is involved in this dealership. Service is exceptional. Tim Golden, the service manager , and his team are great to deal with. They go out of their way to help in any way they can. As a result of the phenomenal sales and service I receive I could NEVER purchase a car anywhere else. The A5 is my 20th vehicle from Mattie. That tells you something! More
I went to Mattie Imports in Fall River, MA to lease a 2011 VW Golf TDi. I met with a young salesman, Audi Soares who helped me initially, at first he was attentive and helpful. I left the dealership that 2011 VW Golf TDi. I met with a young salesman, Audi Soares who helped me initially, at first he was attentive and helpful. I left the dealership that Friday afternoon ready to return to lease a car on the following Monday. I asked the salesperson to send me a couple of revised MSRP quotes with different terms and informed me that he was busy and he would get back to me. He did not. When I emailed him for the numbers and he didn't reply I told him I was going to take my business elsewhere. He sent me this email: "I wish you the best of luck, maybe in your business this economy doesn't suit you well, but we are more than lucrative at the moment. I was busy at that moment, probably due to all the customers I have even with this "bad" economy...I'm sorry I couldnt drop the 10 things I was doing to get you your 10th quote" I forwarded his message to his manager Mr. Brian Farrington and he simply replied... We are all set. Thank you! Sent from his Verizon Wireless BlackBerry This is without a doubt the worst customer experience I have ever had in any dealership. AVOID MATTIE IMPORT AT ALL COSTS. Mr. Farrington you should be ashamed of yourself - you are a disgrace to the VW brand. More

We test drove the car and decided on the spot to buy it. After about a half hour of going back and forth we were able to come to an agreement on a car that was at another location. Aaron the salesman told us that he was going to call us in the morning when the car got there. We waited till about noon and decided to call him. He was off! It was his day off! He had no intentions of calling us. Day three we called and left him three messages, still no response. After he avoided us for the fourth day I decided to go in and get our deposit back. He was shocked as I walked thru the door. He told me he was just about to call me and that our car was on a truck, on its way to the dealership. For some reason I believed him and went home without the deposit. The next morning, still no car. At that point I went online and found Mattie VW and saw the car in the color we wanted. I called, got Tim the Sales Manager on the phone asked if the car was really there. He put me on hold walked out the car and confirmed it was there. I drove down gave Tim a deposit and bought the car for a better price than Alden offered me. I am so exited about my experience with I almost forgot about the deposit I left at Alden. My daughter and I went back to Alden to get our deposit and they told me I could not have it. They told us it was to our fault we didn’t give them more color choices and that white was too hard to find. Its been over a month now and they still will not refund my 19 year old daughter her deposit. Stay away from Alden! More
