Obviously the cars are great, but the ease of making a deal that works for both the dealership and the customer is incredibly easy with these guys....same as it was in 1987 when I bought my first new car, a 16V VW Scirocco, from Valerie. This last time with Jonathan was just as easy.....highly recommended! More

Roy Medeiros service advisor is demeaning and condescending!gave the dealer all zeros on the manufacturer server. On the third visit Roy medeiros at the consent of the owner told us he could not service our vehicle and to NEVER RETURN to Mattie. Upon review of their service on Yelp over twenty reviews were negative. Roy Medeiros continued to ensue an argument outside the dealer ship and several salesmen stood around laughing and mocking us. We felt in danger and once again the owner who was in the building NEVER came to resolve the issue. Very sad that this dealer us being run like a ghetto and the personnel are extremely uneducated about service. In addition many of the original technicians have left and only a few original dealership personnel remain. Please take your business elsewhere. Volkswagen of America needs to investigate Mattie Imports. Buy your car elsewhere! Bad . More

Upon looking over the 2015 Audi A3 that were on the lot, salesperson Ryan Loura approached my husband and myself. In a very friendly and professional manner and began to discuss the many features and amenities. He convinced us that our best option would be to test - drive the vehicle. We did so, with Mr. Loura comfortably guiding me through the handling. Ryan was able to promise that both the performance and my particular wants and needs would be fulfilled. he delivered on that promise by making sure that I got the exact model, color and performance features that I was looking for; we agreed to close on the deal immediately. Two days later, I drove off the lot more satisfied with an automobile purchase that I had made in over ten years. I found the car online and never having purchased a vehicle online before, was leery that what was being advertised would be different from what I would get. Especially since I live over 2,000 miles from the dealership and would not get to see the car before it was delivered. I expressed my concerns early on and through the entire process was assured by Chris Sigman that everything was as advertised. And while this was a lightly used vehicle, it would be in new condition. Chris did not exaggerate, the car was mint and even smelled new! Chris was great to work with and never trivialized or marginalized any of my inquiries or concerns.
