Last minute oil change! Called the dealership on a Thursday at noon and asked if they had any openings for an oil change. I spoke with Chris and he hesitated, after a few mo Called the dealership on a Thursday at noon and asked if they had any openings for an oil change. I spoke with Chris and he hesitated, after a few moments he said you might have to wait a few but come on in. Not only was he true to his word and they had time to change the oil, but they also made time to do a fuel filter and to do an update to my computer. I was in and out in less than two hours. They even had time to wash the vehicle. I can't remember the last time I was able to call anywhere for anything and get it! More

Oil Consumption Service 2nd part The car failed the test and they had to pull the motor to fix the rings and pistons. I was disappointed in Audi's engineering to have this happen. We were always putting oil in the car since purchase. They reassured me that they had done this many times. I am pleased so far as to how the car is running. Brake job I made an appointment t have my car looked at because the brakes were squeeking, the loaner car i was given was the same make and model as my vehicle I made an appointment t have my car looked at because the brakes were squeeking, the loaner car i was given was the same make and model as my vehicle which I really appreciated. Once my car was looked and the problem was fixed I recieved a phone call and was given in full detail was the issue was and what they did to fix it. They even brought my car to my work for me and exchanged the loaner car due to the fact that I would be working late and would not have made it back to the dealership before closing. I have had nothing but great experiences and think the staff is amazing! More

And the staff at the dealership were very pleasant. I never felt pressured to make all of the repairs. It was a great service experience. I will definitely return to this dealership! More
