Great Employees ! I can't say enough good about your service employees. It is amazing that they do everything they can to defuse an upset customer. They always want me I can't say enough good about your service employees. It is amazing that they do everything they can to defuse an upset customer. They always want me to give they 10's on any review because they don't want to look bad. The truth is I am upset at VW. With all their technology and engineering I can't believe that a car with less than 54,000 miles can have so much go wrong with it. Your poor employee has to listen to customers like me hit the roof when we get told it is $120.00 to put it on a machine to get a code to identify the problem. I don't want to go thru everything since buying this car, but I do read the VW forums online and see that I am not the only one who feels the way I do. VW should be ashamed that a KIA has a better warranty than a TDI Touareg. Even VW knows that some of their technology needs tweaking (and not at my expense.) I believe if VW wants me to buy another car from them - they should own up to when they have a design failure like their Adaptive lighting system, and their heater coil for the AdBlue tank. Read online how unhappy VW customers are. I am seriously looking to sell this 2011 TDI Touareg and buy a different brand of car. I really feel bad your great employees have to hear BS from customers like me because of a high price inferior car that needs bugs worked out of them prior to them selling the car to me. VW should at least take care of these things for your loyal customers or I think VW will lose quite a few of us. I can't believe VW has dropped the warranty on new Touareg's to only 30,000 miles (WOW that says it all) More

Mattie Imports - Audi - New Car Purchase We owned 4 VW's (Passats, Jetta, and GLI). As time passed saw the quality diminish and were to abandon the VW line (and Mattie). Ryan Loura, Audi sale We owned 4 VW's (Passats, Jetta, and GLI). As time passed saw the quality diminish and were to abandon the VW line (and Mattie). Ryan Loura, Audi salesman at Mattie showed us the Audi line and introduced us to the A3 Quattro. It was truly an impressive vehicle and exemplified the German engineering were accustomed to. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional during the entire transaction. Very happy with our new purchase and Steve in Finance made it a painless process. Oh and Shawn, another great asset who is trained and knowledgeable with the Audi line who got us familiar with all the bells and whistles of the vehicle prior to driving away.
