I had the car towed there by AAA and the driver actually called me and said "wow, I was wondering why you went all the way to Fall River when there's an Audi dealer up the street, now I know why". I highly recommend this dealership. More

Charlotte's Visit I would give the rep a 10 he was very helpful and professional. I was not happy that the rim was not replaced. I had to replace the tire due to a crack and that was the person that told me the rim had been repaired and not a great job. I have not done any repairs on the car since I purchased it a year ago so I know I purchased the car with a shoty rim. Yes the tire holds air but I believe when I purchased the car that everything was safe. Having a rim that was repaired doesn't seem safe to me. I did however talk to Shawn H. about it but replacing it was never mentioned. All that was said in that conversation was bring it in we will take a look at it. I still fee uneasy about driving around with a repaired rim. Thanks for your time Charlotte Powell More

Service department improvement Mattie continues to improve their service department. I have been dealing with them for two years and it is evident they have had training in the serv Mattie continues to improve their service department. I have been dealing with them for two years and it is evident they have had training in the service department. My first visit to Mattie's service department ( two years ago) was not impressive and there was a lot of room for improvement based on my encounters at service departments at other local dealerships. Each time I go to the service department now I see continued improvement, congratulations..... to Mattie or someone who saw the need and did something about it.
