My 2018 Q5 froze up(literally) in Maine, needed to be towed to nearest dealer. After initial call with service manager, car sat for 10 days with zero communication. Finally they called and said there was towed to nearest dealer. After initial call with service manager, car sat for 10 days with zero communication.
