VW RECALL POOR SERVICE, WAITED FOR OVER FORTY FIVE MINUTES FOR A SHUTTLE BEFORE I CALLED A FRIEND FOR A RIDE. HOUNDED BY SALES PEOPLE TO DO ADDITIONAL WORK AT POOR SERVICE, WAITED FOR OVER FORTY FIVE MINUTES FOR A SHUTTLE BEFORE I CALLED A FRIEND FOR A RIDE. HOUNDED BY SALES PEOPLE TO DO ADDITIONAL WORK AT CRAZY PRICES. THEY HAD TO CALL FOR MY CAR AND WAS TOLD IT WAS READY BUT NO ONE CALLED. GOT THERE AND THE CAR THEY SUPPOSEDLY CLEANED WAS FILTHY. THEY REWASHED IT AND ALTHOUGH NOT MUCH BETTER, I LEFT. THANKFULLY, IT COST ME NOTHING EXCEPT TIME AND AGGRAVATION FOR THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! More
