terrible service I waited an hour and a half to then be told they couldn't program my key and they were not sure why not that they needed to call and find out what the I waited an hour and a half to then be told they couldn't program my key and they were not sure why not that they needed to call and find out what they needed to do. I was extremely unhappy so I called the service manager as I wasted my time and now there was a light on the dashboard. I was told he would call me back in a few hours. My appointment was rescheduled to the following week. I still never heard from the service manager. This was not my first bad experience there. In the future I will never go there again ever! More
