Great Honest Service with Personal touch Took my car in for a check engine light, after vaguely explaining the symptoms on cold starts they asked to keep the vehicle for a couple of days to g Took my car in for a check engine light, after vaguely explaining the symptoms on cold starts they asked to keep the vehicle for a couple of days to get to the bottom of the issue and offered me a loaner. I like that they wanted to get it right the first time. When I picked up the vehicle, it was washed and on the dash there was a card from Roy thanking me for my business. The following day I got a call from Roy asking how the vehicle was running. It's personalized and not a robocall/email-blast like the other dealers. I will continue to service my Audi at Mattie Imports. Thank you. More
