Mattie knows how to do customer service! I wish I had gone to Mattie sooner! (There were other VW dealerships closer geographically, but I wasn't thrilled with their service.) So a couple of years ago, I decided to give Mattie a try. Amazing! One time I had a very important meeting in Boston and they provided a rental car at no charge and even had the rental car company pick me up at the dealership. Mind blown. (Never had that happen before...) This week I was in for an oil change and tire problem and waited for my car. Adam-- the service rep I worked with--noticed I was looking for water in the complimentary beverages refrigerator and promptly restocked the water. Such a little thing, but I was impressed that he not only observed, but provided it without me saying a word! Now that is great customer service. If sales treats me like service does, I will buy my next car at Mattie! Such a fan of family-owned local businesses! More

Sat warranty work I came in with a issue with my sat radio. We had been working on it for a long time and could not figure it out. Finally we replaced the entire radio I came in with a issue with my sat radio. We had been working on it for a long time and could not figure it out. Finally we replaced the entire radio unit at some expense. I received a follow up email asking how things went. I responded all was good except the problem was not fixed. Roy called to schedule a time to get the car back in. They could not find anything obvious wrong but contacted tech support. They tried everything tech support suggested and then asked if they could keep the car overnight so their mechanic could take the car home for a proper road test. I picked it up the next day and drove 300 miles to PA with no issues. Roy called to see how it went. All was good and that meant a lot. More
