Simply excellent! I am from NJ and had a flat on my A6. I needed to get home that day and no one I called had a tire or could commit to getting one until the next day. Service John in the service department was fantastic. He went over everything with me and never once made me feel rushed. It was also up in front so I didn't have to going to the back parking lot where it was dark. I think my favorite part is my car was clean when I picked it up. Service extrodinare! I travel an hour to have my vehicle services at Mattie. Within 5 minutes of walking in to the service department they had given me information on the issue that the other dealership had been unable to provide after several visits.
