Not pleased with my service experience When they called to tell me what was wrong with the car they told me that the catalytic converter was fine- but then they changed it out on the summar When they called to tell me what was wrong with the car they told me that the catalytic converter was fine- but then they changed it out on the summary of services sheet and charged me for it. I was quoted $700 for the repairs but when I picked the vehicle up I was charged over $900 I dropped the vehicle off on a Thursday and was asked if I needed the vehicle back that day- I did not so I requested to have it back Monday morning before work. I called Saturday because I had not heard from anyone and they told me the vehicle would not be ready until Monday afternoon. I called Monday at 2pm (again no one called me with an update) and was told the vehicle would not be ready until Tuesday. When I complained they put me on hold and "found an extra set of the part we were waiting for in our parts department from someone who postponed having work done" seriously? I bought the vehicle at a dealership in Virginia and had great service from them, being out of state for my husbands military obligations I just had to pick from a list online and was very disappointed with the exorbitant costs and the dealership messing with me on when the vehicle would be done. More
