Booked online for two recalls. Received many reminders of the appointment. When checking in, I was rudely told that one of the recalls wouldn’t be done that day as it was Saturday, Received many reminders of the appointment. When checking in, I was rudely told that one of the recalls wouldn’t be done that day as it was Saturday, they only have two technicians and the service would take three hours. Nowhere in the scheduling process did I get any indication that service could only be taken care of on a weekday. Being chastised for not knowing how many people working a Saturday and how long the recall service would take only added to my dismay as I felt like I had wasted my time and now need to take a day off from work to have the service performed. Customer service/customer relations needs improvement. More
