Very professional, eager to be sure your needs are met I was taken care of immediately upon entering the service department. Everything that was done to the car was explained to me. Purchase Follow-up I purchased a new car with navigation, but there was a problem with the Nav chip which wouldn't allow the setup. Mattie replaced the nav chip and prog I purchased a new car with navigation, but there was a problem with the Nav chip which wouldn't allow the setup. Mattie replaced the nav chip and programmed it to my VIN at a service visit one week later. It now works like a charm. More
